Michael P. Bono received his J.D. in May of 2002 from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and his B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from Texas Christian University in May of 1999.

Michael has represented thousands of injured clients since 1999 with an approach that every case is equally important and no client is more important than the other. In addition to his personal injury practice, Michael has extensive experience in real estate and succession law, including closing over 3500 real estate transactions.

He also taught continuing education to real estate agents all across Louisiana. Michael also represented hundreds of businesses all across the country in the 2010 BP oil spill litigation, recovering millions for his clients.

Before joining the Bono Law Firm in August of 2004, Michael practiced general litigation and insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice defense at one of the largest law firms in the South.

Michael is licensed to practice in all federal and state Louisiana courts.

Michael is also a real estate agent with Bono Realty, Inc. He has represented clients since 1999 ranging from the sale of gas stations, retail centers, commercial leases to million dollar residential homes.
